萬物更新，蓄力而生。4月8日，水性平臺2025年會員大會第四十四次會議在上海成功召開。本次大會由新任理事長張軍主持，吸引了來自涂料涂裝行業上下游30家優秀企業的54位代表齊聚一堂，共同探討行業發展趨勢與合作機遇。

據悉，水性平臺將會組織會員企業參加2025.6.17-19 ICIE國際（廣州）涂料工業展，得到了歐寶迪、聯固、荷仕等多家會員企業的積極響應和參與！

PART. 01

水性平臺：綠色低碳的行業引領者

      水性平臺是一個由行業內具有影響力的企業和專業機構發起的非盈利性公益組織。自成立以來，平臺以推廣水性技術、減少VOC排放為起點，逐步發展為涵蓋綠色低碳生態科技的綜合性平臺。近二十年間，水性平臺成功推動了中國木器漆水性化、集裝箱水性化等多個“油轉水”行業轉型項目，為涂料行業、客戶及終端用戶創造了顯著的環保價值。

全新戰略定位：創新引領綠色生活，構建生態聯盟

在環保意識日益增強、綠色發展理念深入人心的背景下，水性平臺經過深入調研與分析，結合行業趨勢和市場需求，確立了“水性后時代，創新引領綠色生活，構建水性涂料生態聯盟”的全新戰略定位。以“綠色”為核心，以“創新”為驅動，平臺將帶領會員企業合力開拓細分市場，圍繞涂料核心構建生態聯盟，為人們創造更加綠色、健康、環保的生活環境，推動行業可持續發展。

四大工作方向：聚焦熱點，開拓未來

為更好地推動水性涂料行業的發展，水性平臺理事會確立了新能源、電動汽車、儲能、水性低碳木器漆四大工作方向。這些領域不僅涵蓋當前水性涂料應用的熱點，更是未來發展的關鍵方向，具有廣闊的市場空間和巨大的發展潛力。平臺將集中資源，加大投入，開展深入研究與技術創新，推動水性涂料在這些領域的廣泛應用與快速發展。

會上，科思創亞太區高級副總裁Anand khot 在開幕式發表了賀詞同時強調了科思創在亞洲的綠色戰略。來自宣偉、佐敦的理事會代表分享了這些項目的計劃及進展，為會員企業提供了清晰的方向指引。在2025年市場新熱點的篩選中，平臺組織會員對18個候選項目進行投票，最終確定了行動綱領。

2025年工作計劃：明確目標，有序推進

為確保平臺工作有序推進，水性平臺秘書處制定了詳細的2025年工作計劃及時間表。該計劃涵蓋了平臺的各項工作任務，明確了時間節點，確保每一項工作都能按時、高質量完成。通過這份計劃，會員企業可以更好地了解平臺的工作重點，與平臺的工作節奏相契合，共同推動項目發展與實施。

Water-Based Platform’s 2025 Member Conference Concludes Successfully, mapping a New Blueprint for Green and Low-Carbon Development

In April 2025, the 44th Member Conference of the Water-Based Platform was successfully held in Shanghai. The event was presided over by the newly appointed Chairman, Zhang Jun, and attracted 54 representatives from 30 leading domestic and international enterprises across the coatings and painting industry supply chain.

It is reported that the Waterborne Platform will organize its member companies to participate in the 2025 International (Guangzhou) Coatings Industry Expo (ICIE) from June 17th to 19th. This initiative has received enthusiastic responses from multiple member enterprises, including ?Alberdingkresins,Aqua Union and Hos?.

Water-Based Platform: A Pioneer in Green and Low-Carbon Development
The Water-Based Platform is a non-profit organization initiated and participated in by influential enterprises and professional institutions in the industry. Since its inception, the platform has promoted water-based technologies and reduced VOC emissions as its starting point, evolving into a comprehensive platform focused on green and low-carbon ecological technologies. Over the past two decades, the platform has successfully driven several industry transformation initiatives, including the water-based transition of wood coatings and container coatings in China, creating significant environmental value for the coatings industry, its customers, and end-users.

New Strategic Positioning: Innovation-Driven Green Living and Building a Water-Based Coatings Ecosystem
Amid growing environmental awareness and deeply rooted green development philosophies, the Water-Based Platform has established a new strategic positioning: “Post-Water-Based Era: Innovation-Driven Green Living and Building a Water-Based Coatings Ecosystem. “With "green" as its core and "innovation" as its driving force, the platform will lead its members to jointly explore niche markets and build a new ecosystem centered on coatings. This initiative aims to create a greener, healthier, and more environmentally friendly living environment while fostering a mutually beneficial water-based coatings ecosystem for sustainable industry development.

Four Key Focus Areas: Targeting Hotspots and Pioneering the Future
To better advance the development of the water-based coatings industry, the platform’s board of directors has identified four key focus areas: new energy, electric vehicles ,energy storage, and water-based low-carbon wood coatings. These areas encompass current hotspots in water-based coatings applications and critical directions for future development, offering vast market potential and significant growth opportunities. The platform will concentrate resources, increase investment, and conduct in-depth research and technological innovation to promote the widespread application and rapid growth of water-based coatings in these fields.
At the conference, Anand khot, SVP from Covestro gives an opening speech and emphasize the APAC green strategy of Covestro. Representatives from Sherwin-Williams and Jotun, members of the platform’s board, shared plans and progress on these projects, providing clear guidance for member enterprises. In the end, all members voted on 18 candidate projects related to the 2025 market hotspots, ultimately determining the platform’s action agenda.

2025 Work Plan:  Clear Goals and Steady Progress
To ensure the platform’s work progresses as planned, the Secretariat of the Water-Based Platform has developed a detailed 2025 work plan and timetable. This plan outlines all tasks, sets clear timelines, and ensures every task is completed on time and to a high standard. Through this plan, member enterprises can better understand the platform’s priorities and align with its work rhythm to jointly advance project development and implementation.

With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle (NEV)industry, the NEV coatings market presents enormous potential and broad prospects. At the conference, the platform released its updated New Energy Vehicle Coatings Market Research Report. The successful convening of this conference has clarified the platform’s future direction while injecting new momentum into the industry’s green and low-carbon transformation.
